The Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region published the list of the first batch of the 2021 national 4A-level tourist attractions, autonomous-region-level tourist resorts, and four-star and above rural tourist areas on July 27.

Two tourist attractions in Hechi's Luocheng Mulam autonomous county, namely Chenglong Lake Park and Changsheng Cave Scenic Area were listed in the first batch of 2021 national 4A-level tourist attractions.

Chenglong Lake Park is located at the foot of Fenghuang Mountain, with a total area of 20 hectares. The park was built in memory of Yu Chenglong, a well-known, honest and upright official in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). It boasts beautiful mountain and water scenery, making it an ideal place for leisure, vacation and sightseeing.

Changsheng Cave is located in Luocheng Cotton Tiankeng Scenic Area, which is a typical karst landform. The entrance of the cave is surrounded by clouds and mist, with a huge area inside. There are large natural pools inside and the different shapes of stalactites create an eye-catching visual.

In addition, Hechi's three rural tourist areas were included in Guangxi's 2021 first batch of four-star and above rural tourist areas, spanning five-star level rural tourist areas, such as Chenshuang village and the Qiongyuan Modern Agricultural Tourism Resort in Huanjiang Yao autonomous county, as well as Fengshan county's four-star level Zhongting village.
