Hongshui River Bridge fully connected

The Hongshui River Bridge, which lies on the Du'an-Bama section of the Hezhou-Bama Expressway in Hechi, was fully connected on Feb 6, marking the structural completion of the section which now includes 32 tunnels and 53 bridges.

The project is scheduled to be put into operation in July.

The Du'an-Bama section saw a total investment of 566.67 million yuan ($87.85 million) in January, surpassing its target. It has now completed overall spending of around 14 billion yuan, accounting for 83.6 percent of the total investment, which stands at 16.75 billion yuan.
