Cyclists enjoy scenery and cycling in Yizhou

A cycling challenge kicked off in Yizhou district, Hechi on Oct 3, with more than 900 cyclists from across the country competing against each other on the road while enjoying the area's beautiful scenery.

A number of tourist attractions in Yizhou were linked by the route of the Seventh Yizhou 210 Cycling Challenge, which aims to build a distinctive model of cycle racing featuring "sports plus tourism".

"I started cycling in 2016 and came here for the cycling competition in 2018. This year I came here for the challenge again. The scenery here is really beautiful all the way, and I will come as long as I have time," said Chen Yuexuan, a participant from the city of Baise.

The Yizhou 210 Cycling Challenge is a renowned Yizhou event among Guangxi cyclists and cyclists from across China, and it has been hosted for seven years since its inception in 2014.
