Hechi attracts $1.45b investment from GBA enterprises

Hechi signed five contracted projects, with a total investment of 9.88 billion yuan ($1.45 billion), with enterprises from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area at a promotion conference and signing ceremony held on Sept 24.

The 2020 Promotion Conference and Signing Ceremony of the Enterprises from the Greater Bay Area to Launch in Guangxi was held by the CPC Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional Committee and Guangxi government in Shenzhen.

Among the contracted projects, one was signed at the main venue of Shenzhen, namely the Poverty Alleviation and Resettlement Employment Comprehensive Market Project in Donglan county, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan.

The other four projects were signed online, with a total investment of 4.88 billion yuan, including the tourism complex project in Yizhou district, which has an investment of 1.2 billion yuan, the Hongshui River Lijing Business Travel City project in Tian'e county, which has an investment of 1.5 billion yuan, the composite environmental protection new materials project in Du’an Yao autonomous county, which has an investment of 1.65 billion yuan and is expected to have an annual output of 3 million tons, as well as the big data industrial park, which has an investment of 530 million yuan.
