Hechi doctor praised for contributing to COVID-19 epidemic control

Lan Zu, chief resident doctor of pulmonary and critical care medicine (PCCM) at Hechi People's Hospital, has been recognized for his contribution to the country's fight against COVID-19, at a meeting to commend the nation's epidemic role models which was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Sept 8.

After the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, Lan immediately signed up to support the fight in Wuhan, Hubei province. He worked hard for the health of patients in a difficult environment, and devoted himself to epidemic control.
