Beautiful village in Huanjiang receives national honor

Chenshuang village of Huanjiang Maonan autonomous county, Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region has been selected as one of the 2020 Beautiful Chinese Villages for Leisure, according to the official website of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

In order to deeply explore the various functions of rural areas like ecology, sightseeing, and cultural experience, provide a more comfortable environment for urban and rural residents, as well as promote the increase of the rural ecological value and the revitalization of rural industries, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs carried out promotions of beautiful leisure villages this year.

After local recommendations and expert reviews, a total of 248 villages across the country have been selected onto the proposed list of the 2020 Beautiful Chinese Villages for Leisure.

Among them, 10 villages are located in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, including Shihou village in Nanning, Xinguo village in Liuzhou, Xiaopingle village in Guilin, Sizhou village in Wuzhou, Naxin village in Qinzhou, Longfeng village in Guigang, Hecun village in Yulin, Bamou village in Baise, Chakou village in Hezhou, and Chenshuang village in Hechi.
