Tian'e launches childcare training for female employment

The fourth phase of the employment skills training for infant nurses carried out by the human resources and social security department of Tian'e county, Hechi was concluded in the county's resettlement area for poverty alleviation on Aug 24.

During the 10-day training, professional teachers from vocational skill training schools in Hechi explained to the 50 Tian'e women who participated in the training information regarding the professional ethics of nursing and early childhood education required for examinations, as well as carried out infant and toddler daily nursing skills training. After passing the examination, the trainees will obtain a municipal-level nursery training certificate.

Among the 50 members, 36 were women from impoverished households. The training aimed to further improve the employment skills of women in the county, promote their employment and entrepreneurship, as well as help alleviate poverty.
