In order to enrich the summer lives of young students in the county, the Youth After-School Activities Center of Huanjiang Maonan autonomous county arranged a variety of summer public welfare training courses, which were welcomed by both students and parents.

The training courses started on July 23 and lasted for 20 days. A total of 20 classes were launched in 10 activities including guzheng (Chinese zither), dance, table tennis, basketball, calligraphy, painting and programming. More than 500 adolescent students participated in the classes.

"Public welfare training courses during the summer holidays not only build a platform for students to cultivate their interests and have fun, but also fully allow after-school education to meet the needs of students in various activities," said Tan Junzhou, director of the Huanjiang Youth After-School Activities Center.
