Du'an launches first professional job training in 2020

Du'an Yao autonomous county in Hechi recently carried out its first job skill training course in 2020 at Guangxi Du'an Xianggui Sugar Co, helping cultivate professional and technical personnel for enterprises in the county.

Since the beginning of this year, the human resources and social security bureau of Du'an has actively implemented the "Double Thousand Pairs" job training mechanism, issuing vocational training vouchers worth 181,000 yuan ($25,978) to enterprises for job skills improvement training of employees, as well as conducting tailor-made training courses with the help of Guangxi Light Industry Technician College according to the job requirements of each company.

The Guangxi government established the "Double Thousand Pairs" job training mechanism in 2019, organizing thousands of training institutions to carry out training classes with more than 1,000 enterprises in pairs. The mechanism aims to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of enterprise employee training, promote stable employment, bolster industrial transformation and upgrading, as well as serve the high-quality development of industries.

The mechanism allows companies to formulate employee training plans based on local economic development and their training needs, while training institutions can flexibly select training content and training models according to the needs of companies, as well as provide services like pre-job training and on-the-job training.

The training courses in Du'an have been attended by 170 people in eight teams of sugar manufacturers, chemical inspectors, boiler operators, industrial automation instrument and device repairers, as well as computer operators. The courses involved dozens of technical training materials urgently needed in various positions of enterprises.

In the future, Du'an will continue to promote vocational skills improvement activities to provide strong technical talent support for the development of enterprises.
