Shenzhen teachers promote education in Huanjiang

Huanjiang Maonan autonomous county in Hechi successively established the education and research studios of two Shenzhen teachers, building a platform for a long-term education support mechanism between Guangdong province and Guangxi to actively absorb the advanced management concepts and teaching methods.

The first studio was set up by Zhong Xiong, a teacher at Baihua Primary School in Futian district, Shenzhen. Located in Douchuan Primary School of Chuanshan town in Huanjiang, the studio promotes a teaching model integrating independent learning, cooperative inquiry, and the application of information technology to guide students to learn to collect information, process information, and analyze data.

The second studio was founded by Guan Yufei, a key teacher at Shenzhen Second Experimental School. The studio is expected to become a scientific research platform that leads the development of high school disciplines and promotes the growth of high school teachers in Huanjiang. It will conduct education and teaching research, as well as cultivate backbone teachers through project research, lectures, and open classes to train key teachers.

In recent years, Huanjiang has promoted education reform and improved teaching quality with the aid of the demonstration and guidance of excellent teachers from Guangdong province. The two studios will further accelerate the development of education in Huanjiang.
