Donglan county in Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region has set up the first court for handling cases of tourism disputes in Sanshi town.
Donglan county is rich in tourism resources and vigorously promotes the development of its tourism industry. In recent years, the number of tourists it receives has grown rapidly and its judicial demands have also grown.
The newly-built Sanshi People's Court covers an area of 3,363 square meters, with a total construction area of 1,019 sq m. It has a case hall, a mediation room, and a courtroom, along with a standard basketball court and beautiful greening projects.
After its establishment, the court will mainly govern tourism dispute cases in Sanshi town and the whole county. It will promote the settlement of disputes related to travel at the grassroots level, as well as provide tourists and the public with high-quality, efficient, and convenient judicial litigation services.
The court has effectively filled the gap in the county where there was no court in the past 20 years. It is of great significance for maintaining local harmonious and stable development, as well as ensuring and promoting the healthy development of the county's tourism industry.
