Night tourism along Hongshui River recovers

As distinctive lights illuminate the Night Street in Dahua Yao autonomous county, Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, many tourists have been attracted to experience customs and specialties on the street along the Hongshui River that integrates night market culture, food, tourism, consumption, as well as leisure and entertainment.

Recently, several scenic areas and featured streets in Dahua have been reopened to promote the comprehensive recovery of the cultural tourism industry following the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

Dahua has built and developed night landscape viewing scenes, such as night markets, night exhibitions, as well as night shows. It is committed to creating a new landmark of night economy in the county.

The newly completed Night Street will focus on the development of performing arts restaurants, bars, specialty restaurants, bed and breakfasts, cafes, tea houses, large supermarkets, and children's playgrounds to stimulate economic growth, promote consumption upgrading, as well as create a new bright hot spot in the county.
