Construction of prefabricated building park begins in Jinchengjiang

Construction of the prefabricated building industrial park in Jinchengjiang district of Hechi started on March 17, with its foundation stone laying ceremony held on the same day.

The industrial park is of great significance to the development of the prefabricated building industry in Jinchengjiang district. It is expected to further expand the regional economy, promote the adjustment of the industrial structure, as well as accelerate the industrialization process.

The industrial park is planned to cover an area of more than 114.66 mu (7.64 hectares), and has a total investment of 200 million yuan ($28.49 million).

After it is put into operation, it is estimated to have an annual output value of 210 million yuan, the annual profit from sales is expected to reach 68.1 million yuan, and the tax revenue is projected to exceed 10.5 million yuan. More than 350 jobs are also expected to be created then.

It is expected that the industrial park will be developed into a new-type town complex that integrates research and development, production, trading, services, as well as logistics, being suitable for living and tourism.
