A total of 26 out of the 27 enterprises above designated size in Nandan county of Hechi had resumed production by Feb 26, a return-to-work rate of 96.3 percent.

An enterprise above designated size refers to one with annual sales revenue of more than 20 million yuan ($2.85 million).

Guangxi Danquan Liquor Industry Co Ltd resumed work on Feb 15, and has been devoted to preventing and controlling the novel coronavirus pneumonia.

Since resuming production, the enterprise has taken measures like distributing facial masks, body temperature measurement twice a day, having workers dine at a distance of 1.5 meters from each other, and regular disinfection.

"Now we have about 800 workers back to work. Everyone is working hard to minimize the impact of the epidemic outbreak on our company's economic development," said Qin Jianliang, vice general manager of Guangxi Danquan Liquor Industry Co.

According to Nanfang Nonferrous Metals Group, ensuring the safety of employees is the key to resuming work.

The company has been distributing facial masks, taking temperature, conducting health and safety training, as well as ventilating and disinfecting the factory, dormitories, and dining halls every day to prevent and control the epidemic.

"While keeping a close eye on the epidemic prevention and control measures, we will speed up the resumption of production to put the enterprise on the path of normal production and construction as soon as possible," said Wu Shaohua, vice general manager of Nanfang Nonferrous Metals Group.
