Hechi government affairs service halls resume operation
The government affairs service halls at all levels in Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region have been gradually resuming operation since Feb 24 to help the work resumption of enterprises, according to the city‘s big data development bureau.
Various measures are also taken by service halls to prevent and control the novel coronavirus pneumonia, while providing examination and approval services.
The 5G thermal imagery temperature measurement and screening system was installed at the front door of the Hechi Government Affairs Service Hall, which can automatically measure the body temperature of people entering the service hall and give timely warnings, along with plasma air purifying sterilizers at all floors.
In addition, the body temperature of staff members working at the windows of the Hechi Government Affairs Service Hall is sampled twice a day to ensure the safety of people who come to handle their affairs.
On Feb 24, the Hechi Government Affairs Service Hall handled 1,192 items in total, including 556 on-site ones and 636 online ones. The number of telephone and on-site consultations totaled 604.
The government affairs service halls in Donglan county and Huanjiang Maonan autonomous county also resumed their services on the same day.
