Social volunteers devoted to protecting Jinchengjiang from virus

More than 29,000 social volunteers have been working on the front line of the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus in Jinchengjiang district, Hechi since the outbreak of the epidemic.

In addition, 19 professional volunteer service teams in the district, as well as 12 township-level and 144 village-level volunteer service teams, have devoted themselves to containing the spread of the virus.

"We have been to villages, enterprises, and scenic areas to pass on information about the control and prevention of coronavirus, mobilizing people to join in the fight against the disease," said Qin Qin, head of the New Era Civilization Practice Center in Liujia town

By Feb 2, the district's volunteers had distributed a total of 520,000 copies of publicity materials, covering 143 administrative villages in the district.
