Hechi launches first public service platform

Hechi in South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region launched its first public service platform on Dec 12 with an app named IHechi.

The app, which provides data resources and services associated with the fields of social insurance, housing funds, education, and medical treatment for the public, is the result of the city's smart city construction.

In recent years, Hechi has been promoting its construction of a smart city. Utilizing the advanced cloud computing and big data technology of Inspur Group, China's largest server maker, the city has set up the data sharing and exchange platform, one of the first of its kind in Guangxi, upon which the IHechi app was created.
