Hechi holds investment promotion meeting in Guangzhou

An investment promotion meeting for Hechi's agriculture and tourism was held in Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong province, on Oct 16.

A total of 51 projects were promoted at the meeting, including the rural tourism project based in Yadong village in the city's Jinchengjiang district.

The rural tourism project is expected to attract 90 million yuan ($12.71 million) in investment from the promotion meeting to promote the development of farmhouse resorts, homestays, and karst caves in the village.

A signing ceremony for the consumer driven poverty alleviation programs between Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region and Guangdong province also took place at the investment promotion meeting.
