Steady fiscal revenue growth realized in Hechi

As of Nov 10, Hechi's accumulated fiscal revenue exceeded 7 billion yuan ($1 billion) for the first time, an increase of 13.1 percent year-on-year, according to the municipal finance bureau.

The city's fiscal revenue surpassed 4 billion yuan in 2008 and broke the 5 billion yuan mark in 2011. Since 2012, Hechi has been particularly focused on envinronmental protection and green development in the city.

It took five years for the fiscal revenue to jump from 5 billion yuan to 6 billion yuan in 2016 and the following two years rapidly raised the fiscal revenue to 7 billion yuan.
