Hechi company recognized as enterprise technology center

Guangxi Yuqi Plates Co was recognized as an enterprise technology center, the only company in Hechi to win the honor, on a list of 20 companies co-released by the Commission of Industry and Information Technology, Department of Science and Technology, and Development and Reform Commission of the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

Founded in 2007, Yuqi Plates is located in the East City Industrial Park in Luocheng Mulao autonomous county. The company focuses on the production of low-carbon and environmentally-friendly plates, as well as solid wood fixtures such as doors and cabinets.

The company engages in design, R&D, production and marketing. It became the first wood company in Guangxi to be listed on the Tianjin Equity Exchange on Sept 24, 2015.

The company now has more than 700 employees, among which 40 are management and technical personnel.

Yuqi adheres to an environmentally-friendly development philosophy, and makes full use of its wood resources. Its products have been widely acclaimed for their high quality, and are popular nationwide.
