Shenzhen-assisted new campus launched in Luocheng

Shenzhen Experimental Primary School in Luocheng Mulao autonomous county in Hechi, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region was put into use on Sept 2, which was an educational aid project built by Shenzhen city in Guangdong province.
Situated nearby Chenglonghu Park with peaceful and beautiful surroundings, the school has a unique ethnic style integrated with modernization. It was jointly developed by Luocheng county and Shenzhen city with a total investment of 35.9 million yuan ($5.25 million), including a financial assistance of 25.9 million yuan from Shenzhen.
Covering an area of 50 mu (3.33 hectares), the school was expected to set up 24 classes with four classes in each grade. It can accommodate about 1,100 students, including all the underprivileged children living in Mulao Homeland.
To guarantee the teaching quality of the school, the county has selected several outstanding young teachers from Luocheng No 2 Primary School. At the same time, Futian district in Shenzhen will send voluntary teachers to support the education cause and also provide advanced teaching ideas for the county, in order to benefit more students and push the development of the culture and education in Luocheng.
