Schools in Hechi honored for innovation

Two primary schools and one senior high school in Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, were recently selected as invention and creation demonstration experimental units.

The selection was organized by the region's science and technology department, intellectual property bureau, education department and association for science and technology, and 30 schools from the region were selected as experimental units.

Specialists from these departments will inspect the experimental units during a two-year construction period and choose those that qualify for the title of invention and creation demonstration unit.

All the experimental units will receive funding support from the autonomous region to help them develop into invention and creation demonstration units.
