A series of events themed "Embrace FTA 3.0, Co-Create a New Future" recently kicked off in Nanning, Guangxi. The move aims to help local enterprises fully grasp development opportunities brought by the China-ASEAN FTA 3.0.
The China-ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0 Upgrade Protocol, which has been signed recently, is a key upgrade of the regional trade framework.
It further promotes regional economic integration, strengthens multilateral cooperation, and opens up new space for trade and investment between China and ASEAN countries.
To support enterprises, Guangxi plans to roll out supporting policies and strengthen policy interpretation and training. These efforts will help businesses better understand and apply FTA 3.0 rules, enhancing their competitiveness in the ASEAN market.
Guangxi also utilizes its Free Trade Zone and cross-border economic cooperation parks. These platforms provide solid support for small and medium-sized enterprises to deepen their presence in ASEAN, including streamlined customs clearance and resource connection services.
Additionally, the "China-ASEAN FTA 3.0 Guangxi Enterprise Overseas Service Station" has been established. It offers comprehensive consulting services, covering market research, legal advice, and trade facilitation, to smooth enterprises' overseas expansion.
